You are skilled in developing staffing models that adapt to fluctuating demand, ensuring that customer support teams are always adequately staffed. Your leadership style fosters an agile and innovative team culture, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement.
Desirable
Experience with customer support software and workforce planning tools is a plus. Familiarity with service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering teams to develop and implement workforce planning applications.
What you'll do
As the Manager of Workforce Planning, you will lead a team responsible for managing all aspects of workforce planning for Starlink's customer support operations. You will develop and implement forecasting models that accurately predict support demand, allowing for efficient staffing and scheduling. Your role will involve setting ambitious goals for service levels and ensuring that project priorities align with the overall objectives of the Starlink program. You will utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance team performance and operational efficiency, designing dashboards that provide real-time insights into key metrics.
You will partner closely with the Customer Success engineering team to create and refine workforce planning tools that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
