What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team responsible for managing all aspects of the workforce planning program for Starlink's customer support teams. You will develop staffing models that effectively translate highly variable demand inputs into flexible and efficient staffing plans. Your partnership with the Customer Success engineering team will be crucial as you work together to develop workforce planning tools and applications that enhance in-house customer support software. You will set aggressive goals for customer support service levels and ensure that project priorities align with the overall goals of the Starlink program. Your ability to analyze data will drive decision-making processes, helping to optimize team performance and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
