What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of planners and analysts responsible for all aspects of the workforce planning program. You will develop and implement staffing models that translate highly variable demand inputs into flexible staffing plans. Collaborating with the Customer Success engineering team, you will create workforce planning tools that enhance our in-house customer support software.
You will set ambitious goals for customer support service levels and ensure that project priorities align with the broader goals of the Starlink initiative. Your leadership will foster an agile and innovative team environment, driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will also analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations that enhance team performance and customer experience.
