Desirable

What you'll do
As a Manufacturing Engineer at SpaceX, you will be responsible for the build and inspection process for composite structures across the Dragon 2 capsule. You will develop, qualify, and refine manufacturing processes to meet all design and business requirements, including safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery. Collaborating with other engineers and subject matter experts, you will tackle large-scale production challenges and ensure that the manufacturing processes align with the evolving needs of the production environment.
You will work closely with design engineers to evaluate designs for manufacturability, providing critical input that influences the development of new and existing hardware. Your role will involve leading manufacturing and integration efforts on current and next-generation vehicles, ensuring that all processes are optimized for performance and reliability.
In addition to your engineering responsibilities, you will play a key role in resolving product non-conformances and collaborating with the quality team to uphold the highest standards in production.
