Who you are

You have experience in manufacturing reliability, ideally with a focus on machinery maintenance and uptime maximization. You understand the importance of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including industrial and automation engineers, to create effective maintenance plans. You are proactive in responding to engineering and supplier recommendations, ensuring that machinery reliability is prioritized in all operations. You are familiar with maintenance management software and have a strong understanding of machinery trends that impact production efficiency.

Desirable

Experience in a high-production-rate environment is a plus, as is familiarity with asset management software. You have a background in engineering or a related field, which helps you understand the technical aspects of machinery and maintenance processes. You are a strong communicator, capable of training technicians and production teams on maintenance best practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with design and process engineering teams to develop maintenance plans for new machines installed on the shop floor. You will monitor machinery uptime and downtime, ensuring that corrective actions are taken to improve reliability. You will champion the use of maintenance tickets and asset management software, training technicians and production teams on their effective usage. You will analyze machinery trends and implement new plans to support uptime, reacting to process and product changes that may impact reliability. Your role will involve fostering a culture of maintenance excellence within the team, ensuring that all members understand the importance of machinery reliability in achieving production goals.
