SpaceX is hiring a Starlink Enterprise Account Manager for Cellular Backhaul to manage enterprise customer relationships and ensure successful activation of services. This role requires strong customer service skills and experience in account management.

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in managing enterprise customers. You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding and ongoing relationship process. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients, particularly in the telecommunications sector. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively manage expectations and gather feedback from customers to improve service delivery.
You are detail-oriented and have a knack for defining and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency. Your ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions is a key strength. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth within your customer portfolio and are committed to fostering long-term relationships that drive revenue.
What you'll do
As the Starlink Enterprise Account Manager for Cellular Backhaul, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers, guiding them from contract signature through successful activation. You will closely manage relationships with mobile network operators, ensuring that all contract terms are fulfilled and that customers receive the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new customers, addressing any issues that arise, and maintaining ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will work to define and standardize processes that enable custom solutions to scale across the business. This involves collaborating with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and advocate for their needs. You will also be responsible for identifying growth opportunities within your accounts, working to expand the relationship and increase revenue over time. Your role will require you to deliver impeccable customer service, ensuring that all customer inquiries are acknowledged and resolved efficiently.
