Your ability to source and maintain relationships with top-tier vendors ensures that you can deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of both internal customers and the general public.

What you'll do

As a Merchandising Specialist at SpaceX, you will interface with various internal departments to drive future product generation and branding initiatives. You will manage the customer and internal product development process, which includes sourcing, vendor management, purchase order issuance, and overseeing production timelines. Your role will involve initiating project workflows and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on objectives and expectations.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day vendor relationships and the production of goods, including mission patches and soft goods. Additionally, you will oversee internal product distributions, gifts, and events, ensuring that employee customer service is prioritized. Your responsibilities will also include managing inventory, costs, and approvals for requests from VIPs, employees, and the Events team.

You will coordinate internal communications to promote new product releases and create compelling visual merchandising plans for in-store displays at any on-site stores. Your contributions will play a crucial role in enhancing the SpaceX brand and ensuring that merchandise aligns with the company's mission and values.
