What you'll do

As the Merchandising Project Lead, you will oversee the entire product development process, from initial concept to final production. You will manage vendor relationships, ensuring that all merchandise meets SpaceX's quality standards and is delivered on time. Your role will involve issuing purchase orders and maintaining clear communication with vendors throughout the production cycle.

You will initiate project workflows by issuing necessary documentation and setting clear objectives for cross-functional teams. Your ability to coordinate internal communications will promote new product releases and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

You will be responsible for managing the distribution of internal products and gifts, as well as supporting customer service initiatives related to merchandise. Your attention to detail will be crucial in managing inventory and costs associated with VIP and employee requests.

In addition, you will create compelling visual merchandising plans for in-store displays, enhancing the customer experience and promoting SpaceX's brand effectively. Your creativity and strategic thinking will play a key role in developing merchandise that resonates with both internal and external customers.
