What you'll do
As an Aviation Specialist, you will serve as the primary technical focal point for Starlink Aviation, interfacing with airline and customer operations to ensure seamless integration of Starlink products. You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of Starlink systems across various aircraft, identifying and resolving aviation-specific issues as they arise. Your role will involve coordinating and supporting Starlink aviation installations, ensuring that all systems are provisioned correctly and functioning optimally.
You will build, test, and maintain representative ground test setups to reproduce field issues, aiding in root-cause analysis and troubleshooting. Additionally, you will own external-facing certification and airline contractual deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of the Starlink customer experience, making air travel more connected and enjoyable.
