What you'll do
As an Operations Analyst for SpaceX's Starshield program, you will own the coordination of logistics and administrative functions for ongoing and in-development projects. Your responsibilities will include project management, staffing and resource planning, and onboarding new team members. You will also be tasked with developing tools and reports to analyze operational delivery, capacity, and cost issues, guiding decision-making processes. Your role will require you to capture best practices and manage organizational knowledge, ensuring that lessons learned are documented and shared across teams.
