What you'll do
As an Operations Engineer for the Starshield program, you will develop tools to analyze delivery, capacity, production processes, and supply chain operations. You will work closely with your team to create and manage strategies that mitigate future launch risks while identifying opportunities to enhance quality, output, safety, and cost. You will develop process flow models to analyze production system behavior and ensure synchronization with other elements of the Starshield program. Your role will involve identifying operational challenges, determining root causes, and developing appropriate solutions. You will also be responsible for developing and tracking key performance measures to inform strategic decisions.
