What you'll do

As an Operations Engineer in the Falcon program, you will define top-level goals and identify challenges that could impede the program's success. You will analyze data from multiple sources, including supply chain, production, and finance, to provide insights that guide decision-making. Your role will involve establishing a deep understanding of Falcon operations and developing strategic operating plans to meet program objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive complex trades that impact the Falcon program as a whole. Your deliverables will include data-driven recommendations on inventory levels, resource balancing, and financial strategies. You will also be responsible for tracking metrics that assist in the continual reevaluation of program performance. Your work will directly influence the direction of the Falcon program and contribute to SpaceX's overarching goals.
