What you'll do

As an Operations Engineer at SpaceX, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes for the Starship program. You will develop tools to analyze delivery, capacity, cost, utilization, and efficiency problems, guiding decisions that mitigate production risks. Working closely with your team, you will manage production strategies and seize opportunities to improve quality and output. You will design and implement production line layouts that meet throughput demands while utilizing space efficiently. Your role will involve identifying operational challenges, determining root causes, and developing appropriate solutions to enhance overall performance.
