What you'll do

As a Process Technician, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of SpaceX's manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the uptime of fully automated injection molding machines, which are essential for producing components for the Starlink project. You will monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain production flow. Additionally, you will document process settings through setup sheets, ensuring that all parameters are recorded accurately for future reference.

You will collaborate closely with manufacturing and process engineers to develop new manufacturing methods and qualify processes for production. This involves participating in continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to the optimization of existing processes. Your insights and observations will be valuable in identifying areas for enhancement and efficiency gains.
