You are a proactive communicator, able to coordinate effectively with various teams including planning, procurement, and engineering to ensure smooth operations.
You thrive in a role that requires both physical and organizational skills — pushing and pulling parts through various work centers is part of your daily routine, and you take pride in maintaining workflow consistency across fleet maintenance operations. You will promote workflow consistency and accuracy while working to drive down internal logistics lead-time for vehicle readiness and reuse. Your role will involve coordinating off-site processing of parts, ensuring that repairs, inspections, or upgrades are completed on time and returned to active fleet operations.
You will work closely with planning, procurement, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure that all logistics processes are efficient and compliant with SpaceX specifications. Your efforts will directly contribute to the operational efficiency of SpaceX's fleet maintenance, supporting the company's mission to enable human life on Mars.
