Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in propulsion engineering, specifically with rocket engines, and have a deep understanding of engine operations from concept to flight. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to perform complex analyses and develop innovative solutions to enhance engine performance. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers from various disciplines to achieve common goals. Your experience includes developing algorithms for automated analysis of test and flight data, ensuring high reliability and performance standards. You are detail-oriented and committed to safety and excellence in all aspects of your work.
Desirable
Experience with Raptor engine systems or similar high-performance propulsion systems is a plus. Familiarity with automated data analysis tools and techniques will help you excel in this role. A background in aerospace engineering or related fields will be beneficial.
What you'll do
As a Senior Propulsion Engineer at SpaceX, you will be responsible for the analysis, development, and operational tasks related to the Raptor engine propulsion systems.
