You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to quality assurance in manufacturing processes. You have experience in executing inspections and documenting nonconformance, ensuring that products meet established standards. Your ability to work collaboratively with engineers and quality specialists is essential, as you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering high-quality Starlink Aviation products. You are comfortable interpreting detailed drawings and CAD models, which will aid you in verifying conformance to design requirements. You are proactive in identifying and resolving production anomalies, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Desirable

Experience in the aerospace or aviation industry is a plus, as it will enhance your understanding of the specific requirements and standards in this field. Familiarity with electrical and mechanical assemblies will also be beneficial in this role, allowing you to perform thorough inspections effectively.

What you'll do

As a Quality Inspector for Starlink Aviation, you will be responsible for conducting detailed in-process and final inspections on various electrical and mechanical assemblies. You will utilize established processes and detailed drawings to verify that all products conform to design requirements. Your role will involve traveling to install and repair locations to provide inspections at repair stations, ensuring that all work meets the necessary quality standards. You will document any production and test anomalies, working closely with the engineering team to resolve these issues in accordance with prescribed procedures. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in maintaining the high standards expected of SpaceX products.
