You are a dedicated security professional with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. You have experience in maintaining security protocols and are adept at identifying and reporting suspicious behavior. You are proactive in planning and executing security support for operations, ensuring that all activities comply with federal, state, and local laws as well as company regulations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will maintain proficiency in static guard post duties and execute roving patrols of assigned locations. You will plan and conduct advanced security training for all security officers, ensuring that the team is well-prepared for various scenarios. Your responsibilities will include conducting and reviewing risk assessments of critical SpaceX facilities, providing mobile security support as directed by the operations center, and developing emergency response protocols based on data and experience.
You will respond to emergency situations, providing on-scene leadership during incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, or suspicious activities. Your role will also involve planning and coordinating domestic flight security, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. You will work closely with other security personnel and leadership to execute security support as dictated by SpaceX security leadership, contributing to a safe environment for all employees and operations.
