What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Engineer at SpaceX, you will be responsible for developing internal visual standards for work boards and dashboards that enhance team productivity. You will support continuous improvement projects by rolling out new processes and standardizing workflows across departments. Your role will involve integrating with various teams to understand their current workflows and identify systematic gaps that need addressing.

You will define and develop department-level metrics that quantify the health of operations, influencing decision-making and strategic planning.
