SpaceX is hiring a Senior Industrial Security Analyst to oversee security aspects within a fast-paced SCIF environment. You'll coordinate security operations and ensure compliance with government requirements. Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in industrial security, particularly in handling SCI, SAP, and collateral security aspects. With experience in a SCIF environment, you understand the nuances of security protocols and can effectively convey requirements to diverse technical teams. You are a problem-solver who thrives in high-tempo settings and can manage multiple security operations simultaneously.
Your expertise includes enforcing compliance with DD254 provisions and managing subcontractor security documentation. You are skilled in conducting self-inspections and audits, ensuring that all security measures are adhered to within the organization. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to partner effectively with mission management and government representatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the security aspects of various programs, ensuring that all operational security plans are in place and followed. You will support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Operational Security (OPSEC) plans, ensuring that all personnel are well-informed and compliant with security requirements. You will coordinate indoctrinations and debriefings for SCI and SAP programs, maintaining a secure environment for sensitive operations.
You will also be responsible for creating and updating annual refresher training and exit briefings, ensuring that all personnel are aware of their security responsibilities. Your role will involve maintaining oversight of secure area policies and compliance-related activities, including conducting audits and inquiries. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that program deliverables are met while upholding the highest security standards.
