You have extensive experience in industrial security, particularly in managing sensitive information and compliance within a SCIF environment. Your background includes working with SCI, SAP, and collateral security programs, ensuring that all security protocols are strictly followed. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to convey complex security requirements to diverse technical teams effectively. You are detail-oriented and proactive, with a proven ability to handle audits, inspections, and inquiries related to security compliance. Your problem-solving skills allow you to navigate challenges in a high-tempo environment, making you a valuable asset to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the security aspects of SCI, SAP, and collateral missions, ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Operational Security (OPSEC) plans are in place and enforced. You will coordinate indoctrinations and debriefings for personnel, maintaining oversight of secure area policies. Your responsibilities will include conducting self-inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security regulations. You will also create and update annual refresher training and exit briefings as required by policy and government customer needs. Partnering with Mission Management and government representatives, you will ensure that all program deliverables are met while maintaining the highest security standards.
