What you'll do

As a Software Engineer in Special Programs at SpaceX, you will design and implement automated testing for hardware in the loop (HITL) and hardware out of the loop (HOOTL) software. Your work will ensure that deliverables meet target design criteria and operate within technical constraints. You will develop full-stack solutions to manage automated testing of vehicle subsystems, leveraging simulation and flight data to enhance system performance.

You will take ownership of new features in a scalable, high-performance application used to control and test flight systems. This high-impact role requires you to collaborate with various engineering groups to build innovative solutions that accelerate the development and demonstration of cutting-edge software and hardware. Your contributions will be critical to the success of future missions, and you will face a variety of interesting challenges that require creative problem-solving.
