What you'll do

As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain for Starlink products across various airframes and enterprise platforms — this includes overseeing the sourcing process from initial strategy development through to supplier performance evaluation. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand product requirements and ensure that sourcing decisions align with technical specifications.

You will negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring that terms are favorable and that quality standards are met — your role will involve regular communication with suppliers to monitor performance and address any issues that arise. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to optimize the supply chain, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Your analytical skills will be put to use as you assess supplier capabilities and performance metrics — you will analyze data to inform sourcing decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
