What you'll do

As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain for Starlink products across various airframes and enterprise platforms — your role will involve collaborating with engineering and finance teams to ensure that the supply chain is agile yet robust, providing a competitive advantage for SpaceX. You will define internal process flows and improve efficiency, ensuring that supplier performance meets the high standards expected by the company.

You will engage with third-party partners and suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing relationships to secure the best possible outcomes for the Starlink Aviation team. Your ability to manage multiple projects will be crucial as you work to capitalize on SpaceX's technological advancements and market-changing successes. You will also be expected to report on supply chain performance metrics and suggest improvements based on your findings.
