SpaceX is hiring a Technical Training Engineer to develop and deliver training initiatives for the Starship program. You'll work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure mission reliability. This role requires applicable engineering experience and strong communication skills.

What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and deliver training instructions using manufacturing planning-based applications, ensuring that all training documentation is comprehensive and accessible for production and engineering teams. You will lead the implementation of qualification-based authority training initiatives, focusing on high-quality work and risk reduction for the Starship vehicle. Your responsibilities will also include steering the introduction of various training methodologies and continuously improving training effectiveness through feedback and assessment. You will collaborate closely with engineers and production staff, spending time on the factory floor and in the lab to ensure that training aligns with real-world applications and challenges.
