Who you are

You have a background in engineering with experience in testing methodologies, particularly in structural and dynamic testing. Your interpersonal skills enable you to work effectively with a team, helping to accelerate hardware production and improve quality. You are detail-oriented and have a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to evaluate hardware against acceptance test criteria. You are familiar with complex test facility systems and can interpret schematics and wiring diagrams with ease. Your experience with data acquisition systems enhances your ability to improve in-test data recording and usability.

Desirable

Experience with high-performance spaceflight hardware is a plus, as is familiarity with numerical data analysis tools. You are proactive in developing novel ways to streamline testing processes and increase efficiency site-wide. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to groundbreaking projects that extend humanity's reach beyond Earth.

What you'll do

As a Test Engineer for the Dragon program, you will conduct various tests on flight and qualification hardware, ensuring that all parts meet the necessary acceptance criteria. You will develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans for products ranging from components to vehicle-level systems. Operating complex test facility systems will be a key part of your role, and you will utilize LabVIEW to control test processes while directing a team of technicians.
