Who you are
You have a strong background in Salesforce administration, with experience in building and managing CRM systems that support sales operations. You understand how to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring that the CRM system is optimized for performance and usability.
You are skilled in creating and managing custom fields, objects, layouts, and workflows within Salesforce. Your attention to detail allows you to ensure that user permissions and triggers are set up correctly, contributing to a seamless user experience. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance the overall functionality of the Salesforce platform.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with stakeholders across various departments. You are comfortable documenting processes and creating scalable solutions that can adapt as SPAN expands into new channels and launches new products.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations and Finance teams by managing the Salesforce CRM system. You will coordinate sales and operations processes, working closely with operations analysts and specialists to ensure that the CRM meets the evolving needs of the business. Your role will involve developing new functionalities as SPAN grows, ensuring that the CRM system can support new sales channels and product offerings.
You will create and manage custom fields, objects, layouts, and workflows within Salesforce, ensuring optimal performance of the system. You will also be tasked with upgrading and configuring Salesforce products as necessary, maintaining a high level of system performance and user satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to define priorities and translate them into actionable requirements. You will document these solutions, ensuring that they are scalable and can be easily implemented across the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring that the CRM system is not only functional but also enhances the overall efficiency of the sales operations team.
