You are an entry-level professional eager to start your career in customer support. You possess good communication skills, allowing you to articulate solutions clearly to customers. You are detail-oriented and can create helpful materials such as articles and how-to videos to enhance self-service support. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to work with teams across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to improve the customer experience.
What you'll do
As an L1 Support Specialist, you will provide assistance to users of SplitMetrics Acquire, Optimize, and AppRadar through Intercom in-app chat. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries and ensuring they have a smooth experience with our products. You will also create help materials to enhance self-service support, contributing to the overall efficiency of the support process.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure that customer feedback is communicated effectively and that product improvements are made based on user needs. You will be part of a remote-first culture, engaging with colleagues from various countries and contributing to a supportive work environment.
