Who you are
You are a customer-focused individual eager to start your career in technical support. With a willingness to work in US rotational shifts, you understand the importance of providing timely and high-quality support to customers. You have a strong desire to learn and grow your technical skills in a SaaS environment, and you are ready to tackle common product and usage issues.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively interact with customers via chat, email, Zoom, and phone. You are detail-oriented and can document findings clearly, ensuring that customer problems are understood and addressed efficiently. Your ability to follow established troubleshooting guides and workflows will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
As a Technical Support Specialist - L1, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing frontline support and resolving common product, configuration, and usage issues. You will troubleshoot and reproduce issues as needed, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly. Your role will involve escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
