Who you are
You have a strong background in technology or engineering, ideally with experience in product management. Your expertise in professional services or internal audit equips you to support Spotify's annual SOX compliance program effectively. You possess solid project management skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that audit strategies are implemented seamlessly across the product lifecycle.
Your experience includes testing automated controls and IT General Controls (ITGCs) within SOX programs, which is crucial for this role. You are familiar with microservices architecture and CI/CD practices, allowing you to navigate the complexities of modern software development environments. Your analytical mindset helps you contribute to assurance and advisory projects across technology and product areas.
Desirable
Experience with audit techniques is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to assess compliance and risk effectively. Familiarity with agile methodologies will also be beneficial in this fast-paced, international environment. You are a proactive communicator, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.
