Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to lead complex strategic analyses and build comprehensive financial business cases for new offerings. You thrive in high-impact roles that require visibility at the executive level and have a meaningful influence on long-term growth strategies.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to partner effectively with senior stakeholders across various departments, including Content, Product, Finance, Research, and Data. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and foster collaboration is a key strength. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on strategic objectives.
Desirable
Experience in the music or entertainment industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with digital subscription models. A background in data analysis or financial modeling can enhance your ability to contribute to the team’s objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Monetization Strategy team within the Business Strategy & Insights organization at Spotify. You will be responsible for defining the future of Spotify’s Premium and emerging monetization businesses. This includes leading strategic analyses that inform pricing and packaging decisions, as well as identifying and scaling new revenue opportunities. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and drive execution.
Your responsibilities will include building end-to-end financial business cases for new offerings, ensuring that they align with Spotify’s overall growth strategy. You will also play a critical role in presenting findings and recommendations to executive leadership, influencing key decisions that shape the company’s direction. Your insights will help Spotify navigate the evolving landscape of digital monetization, ensuring that the company remains competitive and innovative.
