Quantitative Analyst • Junior

Who you are

You have a quantitative background, ideally with an advanced degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, or a related STEM field. Your experience includes conducting high-quality research and effectively communicating results to stakeholders. You possess programming proficiency in at least one major language, such as Python or kdb-q, and have strong communication skills that enable you to collaborate with colleagues across multiple regions. You thrive in collaborative and fast-paced environments, driving projects to completion within accelerated timelines.

What you'll do

In this role, your primary focus will be on researching new statistical and machine learning techniques while exploring large datasets. You will analyze data using advanced statistical methods to identify trading opportunities and help develop tools and techniques that address complex data-related problems throughout the firm. You will also discuss and present your research results with other researchers, deploying and monitoring models that generate trading signals.
