Who you are

You have experience as a Frontend Engineer and a strong background in JavaScript development, particularly with modern ES6 concepts. Your proficiency in React or other modern JavaScript frameworks allows you to create interfaces that are not only functional but also enjoyable for users. You understand the importance of disciplined software engineering practices, including automated testing and code reviews, and you take pride in writing clean, readable code. You are also eager to mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their roles.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take a lead position in developing new features for the Squarespace interface, ensuring that they align with customer needs and enhance user satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with other engineers and designers, contributing to the creation of customer-focused experiences that simplify appointment scheduling for businesses. Your work will involve keeping the product updated with the latest frontend technologies, ensuring that the user interface remains modern and efficient. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to team standards, fostering a culture of excellence within the engineering team.
