Whatnot is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive engineering roadmaps and enhance system stability. You'll collaborate with engineering teams and utilize skills in AWS and SQL. This role is based in Dublin with hybrid work options.

You have a strong background in technical program management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in the tech industry. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to clearly articulate project goals and progress to diverse teams. Your experience includes working closely with engineering teams to enhance system reliability and observability, ensuring that incident management processes are efficient and effective. You are adept at defining technical roadmaps and requirements, collaborating with product and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward at lightning speed. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, always keeping an eye on the bigger picture while paying attention to the details. You are a problem solver at heart, always looking for innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Desirable
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS is a plus, as is familiarity with project management tools like Jira. A background in SQL will help you analyze data and make informed decisions. You are passionate about e-commerce and understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry.
