What you'll do

As a Technical Solutions Specialist at StackAdapt, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, addressing product questions, and investigating inquiries to ensure they are routed to the appropriate teams. You will work closely with the technical leadership team to understand product features and functionalities, enabling you to assist clients effectively.

You will engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience with the StackAdapt Marketing Platform.
