What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the technical delivery of a multi-system transformation program focused on revenue systems — your primary responsibility will be to oversee the integration of Salesforce, Keylight, and SAP, ensuring seamless connectivity across the customer journey. You will work closely with engineering, product, and finance teams to rebuild core commercial workflows, moving towards a subscription-first operating model.

You will coach and mentor your team, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers — conducting regular one-on-ones and performance reviews will be part of your routine to ensure that your team members feel supported and challenged. You will also be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency — your ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in driving alignment and support for initiatives.
