Who you are
You have a strong background in revenue operations with at least 5 years of experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategies and systems. Your hands-on approach means you thrive in building and optimizing processes that enhance operational efficiency. You possess deep expertise in data visualization and process automation tools, enabling you to provide critical insights that drive decision-making.
You are a strategic thinker who can analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights for leadership. Your experience in working with cross-functional teams allows you to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment on operational goals. You are motivated by a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering results that exceed expectations.
Desirable
Experience with AI technologies and their application in customer experience is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and other GTM tools will help you hit the ground running in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design and optimization of Decagon's go-to-market operations and systems. You will work closely with leadership to develop strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, implementing process improvements, and ensuring the successful adoption of GTM tools across field teams.
You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards that provide visibility into key performance metrics. Collaborating with various departments, you will ensure that operational processes are streamlined and effective. Your hands-on experience will be crucial in driving the implementation of automation tools that enhance productivity.

Decagon provides a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $195,000 to $265,000 plus equity.
