Statsig is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to provide technical leadership and expertise to customers adopting their experimentation platform. You'll engage with complex customer needs and help them understand the value of Statsig's product. This role requires strong technical skills and experience in customer engagement.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in technical solutions and customer engagement, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or similar role. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Your experience includes working with experimentation platforms or A/B testing tools, giving you a solid understanding of how to drive product adoption and customer success.
You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys working closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable leading technical discussions with both internal teams and external clients. Your ability to build relationships and trust with customers is key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the primary technical point of contact for Statsig's customers, guiding them through the adoption of the experimentation platform. You will provide technical leadership during customer engagements, ensuring that clients understand the full value of the product and how to leverage it effectively. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, answering technical questions, and assisting customers in implementing best practices for experimentation.
You will collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and insights, helping to shape the future development of the Statsig platform. Your role will also involve creating technical documentation and resources to support customer onboarding and ongoing education. By fostering strong relationships with customers, you will play a crucial role in driving product utilization and satisfaction.
What we offer
Statsig offers a competitive compensation package, including an OTE of $190,000-$225,000 depending on experience.
