What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Confluent, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by evaluating customer needs and providing technical guidance. You will partner closely with Account Executives to serve as the key technical advisor, ensuring that customers understand the value of Confluent's technology. Your responsibilities will include facilitating discussions that surface customer business needs and developing technical designs that align with those needs.

You will also be instrumental in helping customers move up the adoption maturity curve, ensuring they realize ongoing value from the solutions you provide. Your role will involve driving creative solutions to overcome technical challenges and fostering an environment of sustained success for customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development, enhancing the overall customer experience.
