Who you are

You have a strong background in technical sales and customer engagement, ideally with experience in a solutions engineering role. You thrive in customer-facing environments and enjoy solving complex business problems with technology, bringing structure to ambiguity and elevating the quality of deals and customer experiences.

You are a trusted advisor who can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that customer needs are met while aligning with business objectives. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Services, and Product, allows you to drive successful outcomes in multi-phase sales cycles.

You understand the importance of building trust and psychological safety within teams, fostering an environment where diverse perspectives can spark innovation. You are adaptable and eager to learn, pushing boundaries to find the best solutions for customers.

Desirable

Experience with HubSpot's products and services is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes. A background in technology or engineering can enhance your ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.

What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will partner closely with Account Executives throughout the HubSpot sales process, owning complex pre-sales engagements. You will work to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how HubSpot's solutions can meet their needs, ultimately driving successful outcomes.

You will collaborate with various teams, including Services Consultants and Solutions Partners, to ensure that customer implementations are smooth and effective. Your role will involve presenting technical solutions to customers, addressing their questions, and providing insights into how HubSpot can help them achieve their business goals.

You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from customers and relaying it to the product team, helping to shape future product development based on real-world use cases. Your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build relationships will be key to your success in this role.
