Who you are
You have a strong background in blockchain technology and a passion for creating equitable access to financial systems — your experience in developer advocacy has equipped you with the skills to engage and inspire developers. You excel at designing and executing strategies that attract developers to new technologies, and you have a knack for creating compelling content that showcases the potential of blockchain solutions.
You are comfortable speaking in front of large audiences and have experience leading workshops and mentorship sessions — your communication skills allow you to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive developer engagement and participation.
What you'll do
As a Senior Developer Advocate at Stellar Development Foundation, you will develop and execute strategies for in-person activations that inspire the next generation of developers to experiment and build with Stellar. You will represent SDF at conferences, hackathons, and builder events around the world, giving keynotes and leading workshops to engage with the developer community.
You will create tutorials, videos, code samples, and documentation to provide developers with the resources they need to succeed. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to bootstrap the ecosystem of tools, protocols, and educational resources necessary for Stellar's growth. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for innovation within the Stellar ecosystem and leveraging smart contracts to attract and motivate early adopters.
