Who you are
You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a background in blockchain technologies. You are passionate about building equitable access to the global financial system and understand the importance of privacy in blockchain adoption. Your experience includes collaborating with engineering and design teams to develop innovative product features that meet user needs.
You possess strong analytical skills and can define product requirements based on user feedback and market research. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize tasks effectively to drive product development. Your communication skills enable you to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product goals and strategies.
Desirable
Experience with privacy-focused technologies or solutions is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product discovery processes will help you thrive in this role. You are eager to learn and adapt to new challenges in the rapidly evolving blockchain space.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and own Stellar's privacy strategy and roadmap, prioritizing features that enhance user privacy and security. You will partner with engineering teams to drive the development of privacy prototypes and building blocks, ensuring they align with the overall product vision. Collaborating with the business development department, you will identify and execute key partnerships in the privacy space to enhance Stellar's offerings.
You will contribute to product discovery by conducting user research and gathering feedback to inform product decisions. Your responsibilities will include defining metrics for success, tracking progress, and iterating on features based on user insights. You will also facilitate communication between teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned on priorities and timelines.
