Who you are
You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a background in blockchain technologies. You are passionate about building equitable access to the global financial system and understand the importance of privacy in blockchain adoption. Your experience includes collaborating with engineering and design teams to develop and iterate on product features, ensuring they meet user needs and align with business goals.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform product decisions. You have a proven track record of developing product strategies and roadmaps, and you thrive in a hands-on role where you can drive execution and deliver results. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and own Stellarβs privacy strategy, roadmap, and prioritization. You will partner with engineering to drive the development of privacy prototypes and building blocks that enhance the Stellar ecosystem. Collaborating with the business development department, you will identify and execute key partnerships in the privacy space, ensuring that Stellar remains at the forefront of blockchain innovation.
You will contribute to product discovery, define requirements, and help drive execution as you develop practical privacy solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, analyzing market trends, and ensuring that the privacy features you develop are secure and compliant. You will also be involved in stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the product development process.
