Who you are

You have a strong background in privacy management and compliance, with experience in running privacy request operations end-to-end. As a designated Data Protection Officer, you understand the legal requirements and best practices for data protection and privacy risk assessments. You are adept at building and maintaining governance frameworks that are audit-ready and lean, ensuring that privacy is integrated into all aspects of the organization. Your ability to collaborate with legal teams and other stakeholders is essential for success in this role.

You are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple privacy-related tasks simultaneously. You have experience in vendor and procurement privacy, and you are prepared to support personal data incident responses effectively. Your analytical skills allow you to develop metrics that measure the effectiveness of privacy initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will run privacy request operations from start to finish, ensuring that all requests are handled efficiently and in compliance with applicable laws. You will serve as the Data Protection Officer where required, leading the preparation and submission of mandatory data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and privacy risk assessments (PRAs) to supervisory authorities. You will partner closely with the Legal Department to build a comprehensive privacy program that meets the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining core privacy program governance, ensuring that it is both lean and audit-ready. You will also support personal data incident responses, providing guidance and assistance as needed. Your role will involve working with various teams across the organization to ensure that privacy considerations are integrated into all processes and operations. You will develop metrics to track the effectiveness of privacy initiatives and report on compliance with regulatory requirements.
