What you'll do

As a Software Support Specialist at Storable, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products. You will primarily communicate with clients over the phone to understand their questions and concerns, registering incidents in our CRM system. Your role will involve classifying incidents based on severity and priority, utilizing existing resources to resolve issues, and investigating incidents that may not have a known solution. You will collaborate with team members to assist in the resolution of incidents and contribute to the continuous improvement of our knowledge base and community resources.

You will accept ownership of customer requests, providing regular updates and ensuring that clients feel supported throughout the resolution process. Your ability to empathize with customers and think critically will be essential in delivering a warm and enthusiastic support experience. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST, with weekends off, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

What we offer

Storable offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $60,000 USD for this role, reflecting our commitment to valuing your skills and experience. You will have the opportunity to work remotely, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.
