You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, which allows you to effectively assist customers with their inquiries. Your strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities enable you to resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction. You are proficient in using computers and relevant software applications, which helps you manage customer interactions seamlessly. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, making you an ideal fit for this role.
What you'll do
As a Customer Support Executive at Storable, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our customers post-reservation. You will handle inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with their reservations, accounts, or general inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues efficiently. Additionally, you will respond to customer inquiries and requests submitted via email and SMS, ensuring clear and informative responses within agreed-upon timeframes. You will assist customers with modifying, canceling, or extending their reservations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date reservation information in the system. Monitoring and responding to customer reviews on various platforms will also be part of your responsibilities, as you address customer concerns and provide solutions to improve their satisfaction.
