Who you are
You have a proven track record in operations management, with experience leading teams and driving strategic initiatives. Your strong analytical skills allow you to compile and interpret complex data, ensuring that your presentations are clear and impactful. You possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities, particularly in distilling complex data into clear and compelling takeaways for diverse audiences. You have a proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong bias for action and meticulous attention to detail. You are comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity while effectively aligning across multiple leadership stakeholders and their initiatives.
What you'll do
As the Vendor Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and data compilation for key leadership forums, including Weekly Business Reviews and Quarterly Planning sessions. Your role will involve overseeing the compilation, analysis, and distribution of regular and ad-hoc sales performance reports, ensuring that the organization has reliable data to inform decision-making. You will develop Vendor Go-to-Market standard operating procedures, providing high-impact strategic leverage to the leadership team. Your ability to manage internal business rhythms will be crucial in enhancing the effectiveness of the Global Sales/Global Sales Vendor team.
