Who you are
You have a strong background in process optimization, ideally with a professional certification in Lean Six Sigma, such as Green or Black Belt. Your experience managing process optimization in a high-growth tech environment has equipped you with the skills to support HR operations effectively. You possess excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, making you comfortable presenting to senior leaders and collaborating cross-functionally.
You thrive in environments where you can lead and mentor a team of practitioners, guiding them in designing and delivering end-to-end process improvements that enhance the employee experience. Your strategic mindset allows you to set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure that delivery is tied to measurable outcomes. You are also adept at embedding AI and automation into People operations, institutionalizing standards, governance, and a service catalog across portfolios.
Desirable
Experience with tooling for process mapping, automation, and analytics platforms will be a significant advantage in this role. You are familiar with the latest trends in People operations and are eager to implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
What you'll do
As the People Process Optimization Lead, you will take ownership of the PPO portfolio at the team level, setting strategic priorities and ensuring that your team delivers impactful results. You will lead, mentor, and develop your team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancements and implementing Lean-driven strategies across multiple portfolios.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering process improvements that not only streamline operations but also enhance the overall employee experience. This includes developing frameworks that add organization to chaos and ensuring that all processes are aligned with the company's strategic goals. You will also focus on measuring the outcomes of your initiatives, using data to drive decisions and demonstrate ROI.
In addition to leading your team, you will partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and automation into People operations, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of innovation in HR practices. Your ability to institutionalize standards and governance will be crucial in maintaining consistency and quality across all processes.
