What you'll do

As a Hardware Solution Specialist at Stripe, you will be responsible for supporting the largest and most complex users of Stripe Terminal. Your role will involve providing integration guidance and troubleshooting payment-blocking issues, ensuring that users can effectively utilize Stripe's hardware solutions. You will collaborate closely with both developers and non-technical stakeholders to identify root causes of issues and provide actionable advice. Your expertise in Terminal's SDKs and payments will be crucial in helping businesses extend their online presence to in-person transactions. You will also participate in site visits and pilot deployments, working directly with clients to ensure successful implementations.
