Job Description
Who you are
You have experience as a Technical Account Manager or in a similar role, where you've built strong relationships with clients and provided exceptional support. Your background includes working cross-functionally to deliver operational solutions that enhance user experience and drive product adoption. You possess strong organizational skills and a self-starting mindset, allowing you to manage multiple projects effectively. Ideally, you have experience in the payments industry and are comfortable using tools like Postman, Python, and Webhooks to facilitate your work.
Desirable
Having proficiency in Polish or Ukrainian is a plus, as it can help you connect with a broader range of clients and stakeholders. You are familiar with project management practices and have a knack for identifying process friction and implementing scalable solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide a Gold Standard Experience to key stakeholders within your assigned accounts. You will collaborate with the Operations team to ensure that all interactions with users are seamless and informative, whether through support channels or product feedback. Building long-term relationships with users is crucial, as you will work to foster loyalty to Stripe and its products. You will also engage with various teams within your users' organizations to address operational challenges related to fraud, disputes, and product adoption. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies that enhance the overall user experience with Stripe's services.
